Stephen Tidmore is a travel and event photographer based in Austin, Texas, and is currently pursuing a Master's of Photojournalism at the University of Texas at Austin.

He discovered a love for the camera on a trip around the world during his last semester in college and has been learning and obsessing over photography ever since.

After college, he somehow got stuck in a cubicle as a web developer and content manager for Dell. Three fluorescent light bulb filled years later, Stephen managed to escape the corporate world and began following his passion for living and working in other cultures. He has worked as an English teacher in Spain, led rainforest hikes, snorkeling trips and treks to Mayan ruins in Belize, and worked as a Summer Programs Director in the British Virgin Islands, the Blackfeet Indian Reservation, and Nicaragua. Although he continues to travel somewhat, he is attempting to stay put for a while and enjoy all that Austin has to offer.
